"UkrAVTO" Corporation, which contains in its structure Zaporozhye Automobile Building Plant, proceeds with development of vehicle production in Ukraine, as the main scope of its activities. Drawing the loan, amounting to 125 mln. USD, which Zaporozhye Automobile Building Plant assumes to obtain in the nearest future, will become the next step in this field. The banks "Calyon" and "ING Wholesale Banking" have been authorized to arrange the syndicated loan drawing. The obtained resources will be spent for refinancing the current loans and for replenishment of circulating assets. The interest rate for the loan will equal to Libor +3.75% per year. Validity term of loan is 2,5 years with further depreciation after 18-months' preferential term.
