Recent inspection performed by the Ministry of Labor & Social Policy of Ukraine for verification of the compliance of actions and decisions taken by the company's management with the labor legislation confirmed that there are no breaches at ZAZ. "The Company fully meets the conditions set forth in the Labor Collective Agreement and there are no delays in salary payment", - this is written down in the inspection report issued by the State Department of Supervision over Observance of Labor Legislation. List of the worst employers of Ukraine published by the National Forum of Trade Unions of Ukraine causes perplexity with the management of Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant due to the fact that CJSC "ZAZ" is included therein. National Forum of Trade Unions of Ukraine requested no information from the Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant about its personnel and indicated no actual data about company's operation. CJSC "ZAZ" employees are the members of the Trade Union included into the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine. Criteria for evaluation of CJSC "ZAZ" activities, which public organization - National Forum of Trade Unions of Ukraine followed, have nothing common with actual economic indices. "Even in crisis conditions we cannot afford to abandon highly qualified specialists", - noted Mr. Yevdokymenko, Chairman of the Board of CJSC "ZAZ". "Personnel have always been and remain to be the greatest value for the Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant. Nowadays reduction of car market requires from us to take decisions to reduce costs by all trends of our activity. However, for us personnel costs is the last article in cost saving ". Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant, included into the structure of UkrAVTO Corporation, is a flagship of the Ukrainian automobile industry; its operation is a standard for all automobile companies of Ukraine. CJSC "ZAZ" incorporates unique technological processes and up-to-date production standards, as well as a vast experience in working with personnel. Company invests funds into personnel development, it has specialized training center for employees' advanced training. Currently valid Labor Collective Agreement envisages big social package for company's employees, including medical insurance. Trade Union of CJCS "ZAZ" is one of the most powerful in the industry. All actions of ZAZ management with regard to the personnel are supervised by the Trade Union and available to State authorities in charge of control over fulfillment of relevant legislation. Regular inspections carried out at the company indicate that actions and decisions taken by the management meet standards and requirements of the labor legislation.
