Today, November, 18, Zaporizhia Automobile Building Plant which is part of UkrAVTO Corporation structure repaid interest and the last tranche of syndicated facility the arrangers of which were international companies Calyon and ING Wholesale Banking.

The credit was attracted on November, 18, 2008 for financing of current activity of the factory. Total amount of credit under this syndicated facility was 62 mln. USD. According to contract repayment of credit and interest was performed by the quarter in equal parts. The last paid tranche was more than 15 mln. USD.

The company successfully managed its task in servicing and control of both this and other loans.  All payments under syndicated facility were executed in initially planned volumes and in time.  The company timely took appropriate actions on adaptation of its business process to drastic worsening of conditions both in financial sector and target market and it secured the factory's financial stability.
